Sometimes, we need to look BACKWARD in order to move FORWARD.

Gingers Rogers did everything Fred Astaire did, only she did it BACKWARD IN HEELS. My page is about saluting, supporting and inspiring women to be all they want to be regardless of their sex, age, or circumstance.

I am a former Creative Director/Jewelry Designer with twenty plus years in the fashion industry and decided to create this fashion and lifestyle blog to share my outfits of the day to inspire women to dress outside their usual comfort zone.  I, especially want to inspire the women over 40 to wipe out the question, "Am I too old to wear this?".  You are never TOO old to wear something that looks good on you, but more importantly, that makes you feel happy and confident.

My goal is to share all my insider information that I have gathered over the years from the best places to shop, to what the latest trends are, to what the must have's are per season that you need to add to your closet to stay modern and relevant.

My page is also about sharing my love of fun COLOR and a POSITIVE perspective. Both are a huge part of how I choose to show up to the world physically and mentally.
